Anchovies

How much anchovy paste equals how many anchovy filets?

Anchovy paste, since it comes in a tube, can be saved for a longer time which is convenient for me, but I never know how much to use if a recipe calls for 1 or 2 anchovy filets! Can anyone out there help me?
